Who can become a PORSE Educator?
PORSE welcomes anyone over the age of 16 years who is keen to work with children in a family home as a nanny or welcome children into their own home as a Home or Family Educator.

Payroll Services for Nannies
PORSE offers nannies pre-prepared individual employment agreements and assistance with all recruitment matters between families and nannies. A full payroll service administers wages, PAYE, holiday pay, ACC and KiwiSaver contributions.
Administration Services for Home Educators
Home Educators are independent contractors and PORSE provides full administration of family payments, access to tax benefits and ongoing support in setting up special terms and conditions with families.
